Wow! 10 children???

Are they really all yours?

Yes! They are all ours and each one is a special blessing from the Lord.

Psalm 127:3-5 – Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them.

We are the Neely Team. We are not perfect but we seek to honor the Lord Jesus Christ in all that we do. God has blessed us and called us for some special purposes. We are first called to have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ Who has saved us by His sovereign grace.

Deuteronomy 6:5 – And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Ephesians 2:8-9 – For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

We are called to disciple our children and train them to serve Jesus Christ.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 – And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

A writer in a 1947 Wall Street Journal article observed, “What America needs more than railway extension, western irrigation, a low tarriff, a bigger cotton crop, and larger wheat crop is a revival of religion. The kind that father and mother used to have. A religion that counted it good business to take time for family worship each morning right in the middle of the wheat harvest.”

The Bible instructs us to pass our faith to the next generation and lay a foundation for many generations to faithfully serve our Lord. Biblical training should be our top priority.

Psalm 78:4-7 – We will not hide them from their children, showing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works tat he hath done… he commanded our gathers, that they should make them known to their children: That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments…..

Third, we are called to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to others. The good news is that Jesus loves you in spite of your sin that has separated you from God and ultimately will condemn you to eternity without God. However, according to Romans 8:1 “There is therefore now no condmnation to them which are in Christ Jesus…”

No condemnation! That means that no matter what sins you have committed, you are invited to forsake them (repent) and accept Christ’s payment for sin on your behalf. It is His love gift to you. All those who place their dependence on Him will live in Heaven for eternity with Him.

John 3:16 – For God so loved the word, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Our prayer for you is that you will trust in Christ and accept His gift of Salvation. This is the most important decision you will ever make. If you would like us to pray for you, please drop us a note in the “Contact Us” section of our site.
